Supportive Plus provides assistance with a range of everyday activities in the comfort of your home, supporting you to learn the skills needed to be as independent as possible. We are also able to provide these supports to people with complex needs.
Assist-Travel /Transport
Supportive Plus’s Transport supports include supports that enable participant’s to build capacity to independently travel, including through personal transport-related aids and equipment, or training to use public transport.
Community Nursing Care
The Supportive Plus community health nursing relationship style, a partnership of care, is less authoritarian and more egalitarian than the relationship of a nurse and a hospitalized patient. In the home setting, clients have more control
Development - Life skills
Supportive Plus provides a range of different support items to build & Develop everyday life skills. These include budgeting skills, cooking and cleaning, public transport training, attending appointments, shopping and paying bills.

Supportive plus can cover assistance with activities that will build and improve independence. Support types that you may be able to access under the categories shown below includes experiences which will help you improve your ability
Household Tasks
Supportive plus assists with daily household tasks. Our support workers will help with household tasks of cleaning, washing dishes, doing the laundry, ironing, gardening and bedmaking to help Participants maintain their usual routine.
