At Supportive Plus we provide a range of disability services. With the range of services, we provide, we aim to make a difference in the lives of those with disability. The goal is to make each of our participant’s lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating within their communities.
Our range of services includes the provision of short-term accommodation (including respite care), assistance with household tasks, assistance with daily personal activities. We also offer transport to take our participants to special schools or community-based activities.
Supportive Plus is a company that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that put the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.
Supportive Plus itself on being a Melbourne based Disability Service Provider that puts you first. Our direction is led by your choice, needs and goals. We aim to create
opportunity, promote independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment for all our valued participants. We do this by providing individual and personalised support 24/7, 365 days a year. To maintain excellent care at all times we follow strict NDIS standards.
You can be assured that we take participant confidentiality very seriously. That’s why we have implemented procedures to safeguard your privacy. We also pride ourselves in only employing highly trained staff, who have also undergone Police and Working with Children checks.
